AcademicONE's Netprofs are seasoned professional educators, many who have advanced degrees in their fields of study. Drawn from amongst college faculty, graduate students, high school teachers, retired educators, and the business community, they represent the ‘Best & Brightest’ of academia found anywhere.

All Netprof's must go through AcademicOne's rigorous investigative background checks and training process, and are regularly evaluated for quality, performance and delivery. Each academic area is led by one of AcademicOne's subject-matter experts, all of which are former college professors and/or recognized experts in their disciplines.

Netprof's will:

• Encourage students with constructive criticism.

• Help students diagnose and assess areas for improvement.

• Involve students in progressive discussion and problem-solving strategies.

• Insure classroom management requirements are strictly adhered to

• Treat students with dignity and respect.

Netprof's will not:

• Do assignments for the learner; give answers or write any portion of papers / exams et al; Review and correct errors without active participation of the learners.

• Comment on grades or predict a possible grade.

• Allow students to disrupt class or communicate negative information.
