By joining forces, these individuals who serve on the management team, bring together over 75 years of successful experience and performance, that will enable AcademicONE to achieve its mission.

President/CEO  - Egan Conway

Mr. Conway brings over 18 years of experience in Technology, Operations, Strategic Planning Management, and Business Development. He has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments.

COO  - Byron Jones

Mr. Jones brings 25 plus years of management experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Education for a Fortune 50 company. He is recognized for his ability to successfully manage personnel and critical programs on local, regional and national levels,while continuously overachieving his revenue & profit performance measures.

Exec VP Finance  - Padmatti Singh

Mrs. Singh, brings over 17 years of Finance and Management experience, Her strong problem solving, business and leadership skills have enabled her to drive change in profitability; while maximizing productivity, allowing her to deliver multimillion-dollar balanced operating and capital budgets.

CTO  - Nhena Nyagura

Mr. Nyagura has more than 22 years experience in the Telecommunication and Information Technology industry and was co-founder of two network outsourcing companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Nyagura managed business operations for Level 3 Communications, supporting critical contracts with customers such as Verizon, Sprint, ATT, and others.

Chairman Education Advisory Board, Dr. George R. Rhodes Jr. Ph.D., is an accomplished educator who has served as Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Schools, and Principal of McKinley High School. He was the Chairman of the Department of Educational Administration & Policy at Howard University. He has worked with the United States Department of Education, serving as Deputy Director of Basic Education Coordination and Special Mathematics Programs.
